The CHIRP End of the Year Wrap Up Party was a great success! Held at the family friendly and accessible garden space of Feedom Freedom Growers, the CHIRP family and community members danced, made art in the garden, and ate their fill of cupcakes and smoothies made from beets (care of DBCFSN, the Research Team, and Just Creative) and salad, chili and chips made by People’s Kitchen Detroit. It was a wonderful way to wrap up another year of CHIRP, and the CHIRP program as a whole. We loved seeing new faces as well as the youth that have been with the program from the beginning!
